Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian take baby Mason to his first polo match

Tuesday, March 16, 2010

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick at the International Polo Club Florida. For many new mothers, taking their baby on his first train journey or first trip to the zoo is a landmark family occasion.

But with parents like Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, it is unlikely three-month-old baby Mason will be experiencing a regular childhood.

On Sunday, Mason was taken along to his first ever polo match, gurgling on the sidelines as his mother showed off her horse-riding skills in Palm Beach, Florida.

Kourtney and her younger sister Khloe, 25, both got the chance to ride a horse as they attended the Piaget Gold Cup polo match at the International Polo Club.

As Kourtney, 30, wore a riding hat and nervously joined a professional polo player in the saddle, she was watched from the sidelines by boyfriend Disick, who stood out from the crowd in a pink suit and brown loafers-- holding Mason.

Usually based in Los Angeles, Kourtney and Khloe relocated to Miami earlier this month to film a second series of their spin-off reality TV show Kourtney And Khloe Take Miami.

Paris Hilton picks up a chick: Hotel heiress goes on chicken run

Paris Hilton appears to have a new sidekick who is as blonde, fluffy and cute as herself.

The hotel heiress was spotted with her new friend while indulging in a spot of retail therapy in Bel Air, California, on Saturday.

Toting the enormous big yellow bird, Paris appeared to be getting into the Easter spirit as she shopped for groceries.

Dressed down in a pink velour tracksuit, accessorised with pink trainers, pink-rimmed sunglasses and a pink bag, the star looked decidedly demure, compared to her usual flesh-flashing self.

Creating a buzz: Kate Moss does her bit in dress made from recycled mosquito nets

It appears to be a designer ad campaign like any other: Kate Moss crossed with a bodycon dress and a series of sultry poses.

But this is one fashion piece you won't be seeing on the catwalk -- as the strapless number is woven from recycled mosquito nets.

The stunning supermodel turned heads in the blue design, created by William Tempest for Sports Relief 2010's commitment to tackling malaria.

The one-off piece, to be auctioned, has been sculptured and corseted in Tempest's signature style with individual panels sewn together for a mosaic effect. The insecticide-treated mosquito net is one of the easiest and most cost-effective methods of preventing the spread of malaria.
