It is where Prince Charles conducted his illicit affair with Camilla Parker Bowles. Now Anmer Hall in Norfolk is reportedly being lined up as a country home for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Despite the obvious poignancy that Prince William will know it was a place where his father betrayed his mother, the Queen is said to be ready to gift the property to him and Catherine as they prepare to welcome their first child. The late-Georgian country house is just two miles east of the Queen's Sandringham House, where the Royals celebrate Christmas. The Duke spent many of his childhood holidays exploring the 10 bedroom Grade II-listed property and its grounds, which have been part of the Sandringham estate since 1898, and is said to have fond memories of it. However, it was also one of the country houses where Charles and Camilla used to enjoy secret trysts, when the Prince of Wales's friend Hugh van Cutsem rented the property. It was claimed yesterday that Anmer Hall has been 'earmarked for William and Kate', and was described as a perfect country bolt-hole in the picturesque village of Anmer. However, it is unlikely the couple would be able to enjoy it for another four years, when their son or daughter would be three years old. Anmer Hall, which was lived in by the Duke and Duchess of Kent between 1972 and 1990, is leased until March 2017 to James Everett, who owns a kitchen and timber company. He moved into the property in 2000, but would not comment on whether he planned to stay.

Kelly Osbourne still called fat
Kelly Osbourne has had her fair share of weight struggles. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, she said in a recent interview she would always consider herself an 'FFP - a Former Fat Person'. But after appearing on Dancing with the Stars with Louis Van Amstel in 2010 and embarking upon a healthy eating plan, she shed over four stone and developed newfound confidence. But despite dropping an impressive 4st 9lb, the 28-year-old is still battling her biggest critics - who still taunt her with 'fat' jibes. Speaking to Fabulous magazine, she said: "I'm the thinnest I've ever been and the healthiest I've ever been. The totally insane thing is that I'm a UK size 4 to 6 and people still say I'm fat. I mean it's crazy, but I've had this all my life and I just try and ignore it." Osbourne revealed that the secret to maintaining her trim figure is daily exercise and paying attention to what she eats. She said: "I still exercise every day, even just for 15 minutes, but I'm careful with what I eat; I read the labels." She has recently spoken out in praise of her vegan chef boyfriend, who she says has helped her with her healthy eating. And now after her own weight loss success story, Osbourne has joined forces with ITV's Daybreak and Lorraine to reveal all her secrets in the Kelly Osbourne Hollywood Diet. As well as sharing her tips and advice on how to beat the bulge once and for all, in early December, Osbourne took three Daybreak viewers to LA to spend a week with her diet and fitness team. Osbourne's team gave the viewers a complete health and fitness overhaul, the amazing results of which will be seen on Daybreak and Lorraine over the coming days and weeks.

Kim Kardashian reveals the bargain beauty secret
She's famous for her luxury lifestyle and love of the finer things in life. But it seems impending motherhood has dampened Kim Kardashian's passion for splashing the cash. The reality TV star, who is 14 weeks pregnant, revealed that she uses cheap and cheerful Bio-Oil to keep her skin looking youthful and to fight off stretch marks. "It prevents wrinkles around my eyes and stretch marks over my body," the mother-to-be said of the £8.95 oil. And Kardashian isn't the only celebrity to admit to using the bargain beauty treat. Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes has also revealed that she uses the oil. Humes, who is four months pregnant with her first child, spent New Year in the Maldives with new husband, JLS singer Marvin. Despite having a barely there bump, the singer is already putting a stretchmark prevention strategy in place, tweeting: "Bio-Oil and I have a really good relationship." Other celebrities to have used Bio-Oil while pregnant include former Spice Girls' singer Mel B, actress Alison King and singer Kym Marsh. Mel B described the oil as a 'pregnancy tip for no stretch marks' in a tweet, while Marsh added: "I use Bio-Oil to reduce little surgery scars and to help my pregnancy stretchmarks."
