But last Monday night Anne Hathaway appeared to be channelling the sexy nature of her on-screen alter ego Catwoman as she arrived for the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises wearing a very daring white outfit. The 29-year-old actress opted for a sultry white dress, which featured both a plunging neckline and a draped back -- leading to a stunning overall effect. Anne teamed her Grecian-style dress with a pair of silver pointed court shoes, and drew attention to her cute elfin haircut by keeping her jewellery simple with stud earrings. However, Anne had some competition on the white hot front from her movie co-star Marion Cotillard, who also opted for a pale hue as she posed up on the black carpet at the premiere. And for the premiere, Marion sported a youthful cream-coloured frock with ruffled net skirt, which showed off her enviable legs, and she teamed the dress with sparkling silver heels. The film's star Christian Bale looked suave in a classic black suit as he arrived with wife Sibi Blazic, who was also sporting black in the form of a figure-hugging dress. Morgan Freeman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Penn Badgley and business magnates Donald Trump and Russell Simmons were also on hand to show their support for the film. Expected to be one of the year's most successful films, The Dark Knight Rises is the third and final instalment of the Batman saga and hits cinemas July 20.
