The smile is never off her beautiful face. But the pressure on Britney Spears as a judge in the latter stages of Simon Cowell's X Factor seems to be causing the 31-year-old stress that belies her beatific countenance. The Lucky star is believed to suffer from psoriasis, according to the National Enquirer. And she stepped out at the X Factor premiere party in Los Angeles on Thursday night looking polished and put together in a form-fitting leather dress with flower detail. But red patches on her left ankle and right heel were impossible to miss. A source told the National Enquirer after a break-out at the beginning of her tenure on the talent show in September: "Britney has had the skin condition for a long time, but it only flares up when she's under extreme pressure. Now she can't seem to stop scratching and picking at the sores. She has a psoriasis skin cream, but she says it burns, so she stopped using it." The causes of psoriasis are not fully understood but genetics play a strong role. It can appear on any part of the body and is often itchy. The condition occurs when skin cells grow at an excelled rate due to the immune system sending out faulty signals. It appears on the skin's surface as red and white scaly patches, although some patients show no dermatological signs and it is not contagious. And Britney isn't the only star said to suffer from the autoimmune disease.

Hold me up, Doug!
She tweeted about catching a cold and a nasty cough on Thursday. But from the looks of her outing with husband Doug Hutchison a short time earlier, Courtney Stodden was feeling just fine. The 18-year-old reality television star wore another version of her typical hyper-sexualised attire to run to the pharmacy: leopard print leggings, platform stilettos, a teeny tiny tank top, and of course -- full make-up and hair. Her lips painted red to match her nails, Courtney was guided by the arm of her actor husband. Together, the pair shopped for a few essentials — including Band-Aids, perhaps for her tired feet. After their day in Beverly Hills, Courtney retreated home to cuddle up with a hot soup and tea. "Caught a cold & cough — blegh!" she tweeted with a frowny face. The buxom blonde, an aspiring singer and actress, met Hutchison, 52, after applying for an online acting course he was teaching. She was only 16 when they wed in Las Vegas, Nevada in May 2011. The couple, who appeared as cast members on VH1's Couples Therapy, drew criticism due to the 34-year age gap. According to The Green Mile star, his agent quit, his family disowned him and he received death threats after the two exchanged vows. Couples Therapy counsellor Dr Jenn Berman recently revealed she was initially worried about having them on the show. "I came in saying, 'She's a victim, he's a predator.' What I found out was that she has a lot more power in this relationship and he is far more powerless than I expected," she explained. "His family has completely disowned him... He unfortunately has nothing besides her."

Actress Marion Cotillard turns her hand at designing
She is the French, Oscar-winning actress who won hearts with her turn as Edith Piaf in Oliver Dahan's La Vie En Rose in 2007. They are the French luxury fashion brand founded in 1946. Together they have already formed a beautiful friendship with Marion Cotillard being the face of the Lady Dior leather bag line. And the pair are now taking their relationship one step further as the actress has been invited to design her own handbag for the range. A behind-the-scenes video released by Dior reveals exactly how the design process for the bag — named The 360 Degree Bag — is coming along. Naturally, it's in French, but the subtitles tell us that Cotillard will be putting her own personal spin on the Lady Dior arm candy. She explains in the three-minute video that she is 'torn between a rock and roll type or something extremely simple'. She goes on to say that she would like to put a 'strong Dior symbol on it', and that she 'adores houndstooth', quilting, knots and a big letter 'O'. The short documentary also shows Cotillard getting inspiration from trees, a number of catwalk shows and music.
