The grills were heated this Father's Day when grill master Craig Powell and Orrett “ZJ Bambino” Hart participated in the Hamilton's Smokehouse Backyard-friendly Grill-off. The dads focused on bringing flavours alive with carefully crafted dishes featuring Hamilton's Smokehouse sausages. Hart set ablaze the grill with his own “Bim-style” BimAlfredoMato Hamilton's Smokehouse jerk sausage pasta, bimschabarbs and garlic bimbread, while Powell showed off his skills with a Dirty South Chilli with Hamilton's Smoked Sausages on top of a bed of white rice.
