Sizzla and Foxy climb Billboard Charts
Sizzla Kalonji and Foxy Brown's combination single Come Fly With Me has taken off on the Billboard R&B Singles chart. This week the track zooms from number 77 to land at number 60. Meanwhile on that same chart, IWayne holds firm at number 37 with Can't Satisfy Her, while Junior Gong's Welcome To Jamrock went up seven spots from number 58 to number 51.
Mariah number one again
On Billboard's Hot 100 chart this week, Mariah Carey is number one for a fourth week. The song is still the champ on Billboard's R&B Singles chart. Barbados born reggae singer Rihanna moves up from number 67 to number 30 in her third week on the Billboard Hot 100 with Pon De Replay.
Kanye West album release moves to August
The launch of rapper Kanye West's sophomore album Late Registration has been moved from its original July 12 date to August 16. The album's first single Diamonds is already impacting on the Billboard charts. West's debut album The College Dropout which was released early last year sold over three million copies and spawned hits with Jesus Walks, All Falls Down and Through The Wire.
