Wayne Marshall simmers on the Move rhythm

Wayne Marshall's latest single, The Love That Makes Us One, is among the prime delicacies on the Move rhythm out of Arif Cooper's Fresh Ear label. Marshall delivers the single with urgency, and its lyrical content is commendable. It is a relevant follow-up to his recent chart-topper Make Them Come. Apart from Marshall's effort, the Move rhythm (the follow-up to Cooper's Phantom rhythm) features other interesting tracks. Among them are Move Your Body by Sultex, Don't Stop Moving by TOK, Nah Surrender by Beenie Man, The Visit by Baby Cham, and Praise The Lord by Black-er. Also featured on the rhythm are Zodiac Sign by Sanjay, Hardcore by Xsytement, Give It To Me by Vybz Kartel featuring Flava Unit, and Wine by Elephant Man.

Veterans, newcomers tackle the Throw Me Corn rhythm

Veteran acts Admiral Tibet, Frankie Paul, A J Brown and Thriller U contribute to the Throw Mi Corn rhythm, which is among the latest releases out of the In the Streetz Distribution outlet. Throw Mi Corn has been released by Super Power Records. The young guns parading on the Throw Mi Corn include Richie Spice, Anthony Cruz, Shyam, Paul Lymie Murray and Jah Melody.

Tracks on the rhythm include My People, You're My Love, If Love Must Go, Keep Her Satisfied, Simma Simma, Who's To Be Blamed, It's All In The Game, When Will They Learn and Jah Guide Over Me.

Anthony B releases Black Star album

Firebrand toaster Anthony B has a new album that is being distributed by Greensleeves Records. Titled Black Star, the 14-track set features production work from Maximum Sound label's Frenchie.

Black Star is Anthony B's 14th album and his first since Untouchables was released last year by Togetherness Records. Black Star contains tracks such as World A Reggae Music, Praise Jah, Poor Man's Cry featuring Jah Cure, I Understand, Give Thanks featuring Ras Shiloh, Start It Now, Rastafari Crown and Watch Over My Soul.
