OCHO RIOS, Jamaica - The editors of Travel & Leisure, one of America's most prestigious travel publications, have named Jamaica Inn the best hotel in Jamaica in their Guide to the 500 World's Best Hotels in the January 2006 issue.

Travel & Leisure conducts the survey annually to assist travellers in choosing the hotel that suits them the best when making travel plans.
While the overall rating of Jamaica Inn scored the highest in Jamaica, the hotel was ranked second in the Caribbean in the magazine's service rating.

Jamaica Inn was listed in last year's Travel & Leisure Guide as the 20th best in the Caribbean. This year, it is ranked the 11th best in the Caribbean.
