Wishing and hoping on Royal Palm Estate

Friday, May 09, 2008

There are many who face an uncertain future but that does not stop them from wishing and hoping for better days ahead. The ability to predict or control the events that will unfold is limited, and this can throw even the best laid plans into disarray.

Matthew Robinson, played by Peter Lloyd, surfaces in Jamaica after a long stint away from home. It is clear that he has no fixed plan of action and that his surroundings are even stranger than he anticipated. Who or what will be his next move to smooth the way forward for him?

Someone who knows her way around the city and is very comfortable with her surroundings is Jennifer, the femme fatale of the Royal Palm Estate family. However, so far, her charms have not worked on the wily and purposeful Senior Superintendent Foster who takes her through another round of questioning. Will this time be any different?

Although gloom and doom still hang over the Royal Palm Estate greathouse, Tanya's presence offers a glimmer of hope for at least one person. Patience broaches the question of a career in acting with international actress, Tanya. With her sights set so high, does she have what it takes to make it?

A distraction in the midst of the urgency to find Richard is the return of Julia and Sonny T to the Royal Palm Estate cottage - with Gina in tow. Consternation reigns among the staff. Sonny T's call to a person unknown piques Gina's interest as she lends a listening ear. With whom will she share her new-found information?

Sunday night at 9:00 pm on CVM-TV promises to serve up new faces and unexpected events with a 'wishing and hoping' theme running through this episode of Royal Palm Estate. A repeat broadcast will take place on Thursday nights at 10:05 pm.
