
Traditional Thanksgiving offerings at EVITAS

Evita's- well known for their Jam-Italian fare set in an authentic 1860's Gingerbread house overlooking the cruise ship piers and Ocho Rios, introduces their special Thanksgiving Menu.
Their offerings include hearty cream of pumpkin soup with spicy toasted pumpkin seeds; Caesar or arugula salad served dressed with olive oil, fresh lime and parmesan cheese. Sample their herb-rubbed turkey stuffed with artichokes, prosciutto and parmesan cheese served with traditional cranberry sauce and traditional 'smashed' potatoes with a garlic-roasted gravy. The vegetable fare includes succulent string beans tossed with fresh ginger butter and delightful honey-glazed carrots. For dessert try a helping of sweet potato pie topped with in-house whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Beverages include coffee, espresso or tea.
