Georgia Reid said 'I do' to fiancé, Newton Daley, in a beautiful evening ceremony on Saturday, May 23, 2009.

The intimate nuptials witnessed by 83 guests from Jamaica and the United States, took place at the Webster Memorial United Church.
Georgia, a management student at the University of the West Indies, Mona, and Newton, the owner of Empire Sheet Metal company in New York, met seven years ago and became engaged in December 2008 after Newton popped the question at a Christmas party.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her grandfather, in a strapless satin gown, from Leston's Bridal in New York, complete with beaded lace detailing on the bodice and a sweep train. Her hair was styled in an upswept do fastened beneath a jewelled tiara and a delicate fingertip veil.
The hand-tied bouquet of lush roses and hydrangeas was designed by Dionne Corrie of D'Mar. Her groom stood dapper in a white ensemble by Raphaels.

Maid of honour Georgette Reid and bridesmaids Anna Austin, Kavitha Marshall and Tanisha Robinson were also outfitted by Leston's Bridal in New York, and wore floor-length gowns in royal blue, while the best man Keith Cowan and groomsmen Conroy Clarke, Toshi Cole and Rohan Myers wore black suits with contrasting waistcoats and ties by Spencer's Tailoring.
Adorable flower girl Tianna Robinson wore an A-line dress with a blue waistband while ring bearer Antonio Douglas wore a white suit with a pinstriped tie. Officiating minister for the ceremony was the Reverend Norbert Stephens. Guests were entertained by duo Mary and Dale James during the signing of the register.

Formalities over, guests headed to the 17th floor of the Jamaica Pegasus for the reception where Dionne Corrie of D'Mar using hues of blue and white, soft ambient lighting and blue and white dressed chairs and tables complemented by candle centrepieces and lush hydrangea arrangements transformed the space into a chic oasis.
Master of Ceremonies Seymour Green kept the guests in a celebratory mood throughout the formalities that included the cutting of the three-tiered floating cake by Heavenly Concepts. The couple spent their honeymoon at Couples Negril.
