Cable and Wireless Jamaica is now catching up with the competition and as of February 1 began offering free voicemail retrieval to all its bMobile customers.

But to retrieve messages, prepaid customers must have a balance on their account.
C&WJ said its reversal of charges on the service came from customer feedback.

"We are listening to our customers and are designing new value offerings which are in line with what our customers have told us they want."

The company also announced that up to February 14, new bMobile post and prepaid customers, will receive up to $4,000 in call credit.
