Aubyn Hill named chairman of NIBJ

Aubyn Hill

Former banker, and management consultant Aubyn Hill has been named chairman of the National Investment Bank of Jamaica (NIBJ).

Hill whose appointment will last for three years beginning July 25 was appointed by finance minister, Dr Omar Davies. He replaces David Core.

Rex James remains the president and director of the 14-member government bank board.

Hill was managing director of National Commercial Bank until last year. He was brought to Jamaica from Oman to run NCB by Michael Lee Chin, the principal shareholder and chairman of the bank.
