"This is a dream come true for me. South Africa will definitely be the platform to further my career in professional modelling and I am sure that my persistence, dedication and determination to strive for greatness will pay off," says Phillipps
Yendi departs Jamaica this week for a six-month tenure at the agency and is prepared to dive head first into the very pressuring and competitive world of modelling. Yendi has been actively modeling both locally and internationally since she was 16 years old, but considers this move the biggest in her career as a model.

She hopes to do commercial modelling and eventually sign contracts with major international companies.
