The Lyming at Walkerswood booth dished up sumptuous local fare at the Jamaica Observer Food Awards held at Devon House, on Thursday May 28th, 2009, much to the delight of patrons who couldn't get enough of favourites such as mannish water, curried goat, and of course the authentic Walkerswood jerk!

The company also introduced their Shirley bread pudding and sweet potato pudding, both in high demand at the event.

Manager of Lyming at Walkerswood Mark Perkins explained that these two sweet treats have been added to the menu; "Due to requests from our customers to provide them with something sweet after all their delicious jerk, we came up with Shirley's bread pudding and sweet potato puddings."

The two are quite affordable and will be available on weekends.
