Coca-Cola Zero tastes exactly like the real traditional soda pop but without the sugar. The new, healthier soda option is distributed by Wisynco and was introduced to the local market last Sunday at Truck Stop in Kingston.
"It's what consumers would least expect, great taste but with zero sugar," said William Mahfood, managing director of Wisynco.

"The product is edgy and innovative. In fact, it has been a phenomenal success in the more than 85 markets worldwide in which it has been launched - and we know that Jamaica will be the same," he said.
The launch of Coca-Cola Zero will have no impact on Coca-Cola and Coke light, as the target audiences are different. The product will be available countrywide from Monday June 15th and costs the same as Coca-Cola.
Wisynco Country Manager for Coca-Cola Zero, Christopher Hardy, added that the company would be focused heavily on making the product available "everywhere in Jamaica". The new brand will also be available at popular eating spots Burger King, Mother's, Wendy's and Domino's Pizza. He also added that "sampling is a big part of our campaign because we want everyone to try it. We're targeting 250,000 consumers as part of our sampling roll-out.
The best thing about Coca-Cola Zero is consumers can't believe how wonderful it tastes, we're on a mission to bring this great product to every Jamaican. It's got that real cola taste with zero sugar."
