Head to the HouseBoat and Grill in Freeport, Montego Bay to sample their exciting new menu offerings prepared by international chef Richard Nurse. The unique atmosphere is perfect for you to enjoy the exotic fare that excites and delights the palate, creating the perfect dining experience.
Start with any of their appetisers including hearty beef and black bean chilli soup, or try any of their salad offerings that include mixed baby greens with dried cherries, tossed with crumbled feta cheese, toasted almonds and balsamic vinaigrette, or sink into steamed green-lipped New Zeland mussels in Spicy Thai red coconut curry. Those with a flair for the exotic will love the grilled calamari with tomato concassé served with capers, and nut brown butter.

Entrée selections include their vegetable medley - a combination of chargrilled broccoli, green beans, bok choy and tomatoes served with spinach mashed potatoes and calamata olives drizzled with a tomato vinaigrette. If you love the grill then their BBQ dark rum-glazed boneless chicken thighs with tomato sweet corn broth served with green beans, grilled bok choy and crispy noodle cake or their grilled tenderloin of beef served with sauce diane, grilled broccoli parmesan and caramelised onion and scalloped potatoes are the perfect infusion of flavour and texture.
Seafood lovers will enjoy the chef's catch of the day, grilled Mahi Mahi filet served with roasted red pepper cream, spinach mashed potatoes and mixed baby greens in Tarragon Dijon vinaigrette, or you can complete the evening by choosing your own live lobster and have it grilled with brandy, white wine and drizzled with garlic butter.
