Teenage

Epic fail of the week

Tuesday, June 30, 2009

It is reported that a Belgian teen, named Kimberley Vlaeminck, is currently pursuing legal action against tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz. The reasoning behind the lawsuit is that the TEENager went to Toumaniantz's tattoo parlour requesting three tattoos of star designs, but was given 56.

Vlaeminck claims that due to her fear of pain, she went to sleep before Toumaniantz began his work. When Vlaeminck woke, she claimed to be in a state of shock to see not three, but 56 tattoos of the star designs all over her face, spreading from her brow to nose to chin.

This claim though, differs from that of the tattoo artist. Toumaniantz states that his client was awake for the whole time, but due to her family's disapproval of the tattoos, she is currently pursuing a lawsuit against him.

Kimberley Vlaeminck is hoping that she will win the lawsuit and use the compensation received to remove the tattoos from her face using laser surgery.
