CFW Trend report

Monday, June 25, 2012

We're back with more hot fashion trends, as seen at Caribbean FashionWeek 2012.

Botanical Blossoms

Florals have always been a fashion staple, but the runways have blossomed with botanical brights that are sure to get you noticed.

Dramatic Appearance

Extravagant and elaborate silhouettes complete with skilfully crafted detailing make for an arresting appearance.

Fresh Prints

A welcomed breath of fresh air, strong tribal, animal and aquatic prints are a must-have for your closet.

Lace

Feminine lace has returned to happier colours like cotton-candy yellow or pink. If you opt for lace from head to toe, then go with the essential accessories, strong lips and slicked-back hair.

Plunging Neckline

Make a bold fashion statement with a daring plunging neckline in a variety of cuts.

Pure Palette

Focus on a structured silhouette as fresh, summery whites are a respite from bold, bright hues. For added glamour, add a touch of buttery leather or flowing chiffon.

Graphic Cuts

Show a little skin with graphic cuts. Spotlight those taut waists, strong shoulders and long legs to bring your sexy back.
