Title: Assistant Vice-President of Investments

The most sentimental piece in my wardrobe is... a pearl necklace that my mother gave me. I have had them for a while.

Today I'm wearing... a suit that makes me feel very confident that I got in Banana Republic.

My style is... more confident and more comfortable now than it was years ago. I feel I've matured and gotten more comfortable now with my choices than I did when I was younger.

The one item in my closet that I can't do without is... my LBD.

The best piece of fashion advice I ever received... was from my sister Deborah. She told me, "You don't always have to wear what's in style. Go for what you feel most comfortable in."

This Christmas... I'd love to go on an African Safari! I also love watches, so I'd also love to get a nice watch..

The best thing about my style is... it is simple, classic and clean cut.

I'm looking forward to getting all dolled up for... ringing in the New Year with my family and close friends.

I feel most confident when I'm wearing... a beautiful dress that ideally suits the occasion for which it is being worn.

Name: Jacqueline Brown-Barnes

Title: Manager of Operational Support and Research Unit, EBD

My style is... comfortable, edgy, corporate and chic. My style is not defined by labels.

I feel most confident when I'm wearing... a tailored suit.

My favourite piece is... A royal blue linen suit by Le Suit.

This Christmas I'd love to get... an oversized rose gold boyfriend watch by Michael Kors.

The worst purchase I have ever made... was a leopard-print jumpsuit. It was not designed for my body type so I never wore it.

The best purchase I have ever made... Jessica Simpson shoes.

This Christmas's hot purchase will be... a red dress for the festive season. Corporate women will be snagging more tailored dresses.

I really regretted wearing... an Ashley Stewart dress to a New Year's Eve party in 2005. I had an allergic reaction to the fabric.

Every corporate woman should... have several pairs of classy pumps, a minimum of 10 tailored suits and dresses (including a red 'power' suit). As for accessories, a reliable time piece and, if possible, a pearl necklace.

Title: Vice-President of Productivity and Customer Experience

My style is... eclectic. I don't have a formula for choosing my look. It really depends on how I feel and how I want to look for an occasion or situation.

Being stylish is important because... my style reflects who I am, so I dress the way I want to portray myself - chic and current.

The best purchase I have ever made was... a pair of colour-blocked peep-toed platform Aldo shoes.

My celebrity style icon is... Michelle Obama. I think her style is polished without looking stuffy. She has a style that anyone can aspire to pull off. I also really like Victoria Beckham because she has a creative, edgy style that's still accessible.

I'm looking forward to getting all dolled up for... all the fabulous events I'll be attending during the season.

This Christmas I'd love to... own my first pair of Christian Louboutin shoes.

The most sentimental piece in my wardrobe is... a fuchsia wrap I bought at the Women of Faith Conference a couple of years ago.

Name: Arlene Lawrence

Title: Financial Advisor

My style is... sophisticated yet chic. Generally I like anything that I look fantastic in and feel comfortable wearing. Today my outfit makes me feel good and fashionable.

If I could make one trend popular again it would be... pedal pushers. I thought those were really chic and looked good on most bodies.

The one trend I wish would end is... asymmetrically cut hemlines.

My favourite piece in my closet is... a silver necklace I bought last year in the bond shop at the airport. It was a bit of a splurge but I got it anyway because I really loved it. It goes beautifully with my LBD.

Every corporate woman should... wear clothes that are elegant and work great for their figure. Try to stay current not trendy.

This Christmas I'd love to get.... that 32-inch string of pearls I have been wanting for a number of Christmases now!

The one item in my closet I would hate losing is... my silver necklace.

Name: Racquel Russell

Title: Junior Systems Administrator

My outfit today makes me feel... cute!

I consider myself stylish because... I keep abreast of trends and try to be creative with my selections.

I really wish I didn't wear... that animal print outfit I wore to the Sagicor Christmas party in 2011. I saw three other persons wearing the same dress that night.

The most sentimental piece in my wardrobe is... a Liz Claiborne dress by dad gave me for my birthday.

My celeb style icons are... Alicia Keys and Michelle Obama.

My favourite designers... are the Kardashians. I really love their new collection. I also like Carolina Herrera.

Every corporate woman should... have a transitional piece in her closet. If you have to head to a cocktail party right after work try wearing a chic peplum dress to work. Ensure that the dress is knee-length and well fitted. Pair this with a jacket or cardigan around the office.

The best Christmas gift I have ever received was... an Anne Klein watch.
