Kathleen Mahfood (left) and Sati Chandiram exchange pleasantries with guest of honour Ferdinand Mahfood, during a private reception in tribute to Mahfood on the evening of Heroes Day, Monday, October 15. The event took place at the St Andrew home of Andrew Mahfood, Chairman, Food For The Poor Jamaica. Ferdinand Mahfood was appointed a member of the Order of Jamaica during the presentation of National Honours and Awards at King's House. He established Food For The Poor in Jamaica 30 years ago.
