Remember.... Top up on your water
Monday, February 04, 2013
The body is made up of 70 per cent water. Therefore, water is an essential component to the right functioning of the body.
You can determine whether you are drinking enough water by the colour of your urine.
If it is dark yellow, you need to drink more. If it is colourless, you are drinking enough, but still there's no harm in increasing the quantity.
So increasing your intake of water by even one glass each day will help to keep your skin looking good, your hair healthy, and your eyes bright. Water also eliminates toxins from the body.
