Kimberly McDowell takes down her hubby Phillip during a demonstration of self-defence moves at the Guardsman-sponsored Jamaica Household Workers Association seminar on November 30. The seminar, held under the theme 'Decent Work Rights are Human Rights: The Fight Against Abuse, Harassment and Violence', was held at the Courtleigh Hotel in commemoration of International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. It was held to empower household workers to protect themselves against all forms of abuse within the work place.
