Trainees in the Hospitality Training Programme at Sandals Whitehouse show off their certificates received at a recent graduation ceremony held in their honour. The programme, which fits into Sandals philosophy of training and development, aims to expose young people to the vibrant tourism industry through training in, among other areas, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, sales, and engineering. Since the beginning of the year, more than 180 individuals have successfully completed the programme at Sandals Whitehouse.
