China Max, located at Orchid Village Plaza, Shop 27, has found favour with many patrons eager to chow down on local favourites like roast chicken or traditional Chinese dishes like Kong Po chicken. The restaurant's ambiance is perfect for a quiet solo lunch, a romantic dinner for two or a family dinner. China Max offers takeout services, catering for special events and has plans for delivery services.

Whether you enjoy the taste of fish, squid, Lo Mein, Chow Mein, Bean Curd (tofu), chicken, pork or beef there is something for everybody. China Max opens daily (Mon- Sat: 11:00-9:30, Sun: 12:30- 9:30).

Located atop the Orchid Village Plaza, the new restaurant provides dine in and takeout services.

Steamed Fish fillet with ginger and escallion is created by using a simple mixture of soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, five-spice powder, with fresh ginger and escallion to marinate and finish the fillets.
