Thursday Food's DIY décor diva Angelie Martin-Spencer hosted her long-awaited Ladies' Night — Salut! 'Order In' style — recently at her Upper St Andrew residence. Think: Fuzion Foodservice caterers Christian Sweeney, Kevin Mullings and Philip Mattar, an intimate setting, awesome company and an impressive five-course dinner paired with five specially selected wines courtesy of J Wray and Nephew — indeed it was no ordinary evening dining. Smoked Trio of Fish: Marlin, Salmon, Tuna tartar, served with Creamy Yogurt Sauce, French Bread and paired with Delicato Pinot Grigio (California).
