Grilling genius Gariel Ferguson held his end-of-month pig roast last week Tuesday at his Marketplace eatery G's BBQ. Whiffs of the whole-roasted crackling pig, we're sure, were enough to conclude that Ferguson's unmatched prowess on the grill continues to tease and tantalise taste buds. After all, the requests for seconds kept coming. We share highlights.
