New Look ...Same great taste
Thursday, September 20, 2012
Take heart lovers of deli-styled meats — the delicious range of Hamilton's Smoke House meats, including smoked chicken breast, chicken ham and jerk chicken, has been repackaged. "We wanted to give the packaging a facelift," Trudi Hamilton, sales and marketing manager of her family-owned business, disclosed last Monday as she unveiled the new-look product to us in the cold cuts section at Loshusan Supermarket Barbican.
"We wanted a fresh look that would catch consumers' eyes," the company manager explained. The new black packaging features the Hamilton's chimney-rooftop logo and lettering in red, gold and white.
The Hamilton's meat products, which are retailed exclusively at Loshusan Supermarket and the company's Sandringham Avenue headquarters, are available in 20 varieties.
For those with a yen for fresh sausages, the 10-year-old meat production company also supplies Loshusan's deli with an array of extra-tasty sausages. These include Italian farmhouse (pork, spinach, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese and pine nuts), Apple/Sage (pork, wine, salt, sugar, chunks of Granny Smith apples, sage and ginger) and Boston Jerk (pork, escallion, sugar, salt, pepper and spices).
