Salut! Toasting the Wray
Thursday, November 15, 2012
Bin 26 Wine Bar was the destination of choice Tuesday last, November 6, as J Wray & Nephew Limited kick-started Salut!'s third week — a celebration of wines and champagne — with a fine selection of their favourite brands. Guests imbibed French champagne Moët & Chandon and also sipped Australia's top drop — Jacobs Creek; South African labels Golden Kaan Chenin Blanc and Cathedral Cellar; Argentine label Terrazas de los Andes Afincado, and California label Delicato, in-between tasty nibbles from caterer Theo Smith and heated debate on the Presidential Elections. Thursday Life shares highlights.
