Theo Smith caters in for Tatiana Smith's 5th Birthday
Thursday, November 08, 2012
Last week Saturday, registered nurse Tanya McDonald and project manager of Stony Valley Ltd, Ted Smith, hosted a Diva-themed birthday party for their daughter Tatiana, who was turning five. With an unexpected downpour, it seemed as if the afternoon's festivities would be dampened, but just as the guests started to arrive, the rain ceased and the sun reigned supreme once again.
Tatiana's uncle, Theo Smith, who founded Great House Caterers last year August, set out a sumptuous serving of party food that was enjoyed by the children and adults alike. He served Coconut-crusted Fish 'Goujons' with a Pineapple Tartar Sauce, Sweet Potato Croquette 'Balls', Bite-size Barbecued Chicken, and Penne à la Rosé. The four dishes were individually delicious, but together could not have been a more agreeable match. Merci, Chef Smith, for your catering services to Jamaica, and Salut!
