Tasty copperwood ribs
Thursday, September 06, 2012
It was foodie heaven last Thursday as Caribbean Broilers (CB) showcased a tantalising array of chicken, pork, Bad Dawg sausages and fish options at Rib, Roast & Rum, which was hosted at a Hopefield Avenue venue. CB partnered with J Wray & Nephew's Appleton brand for what was a deliciously sublime evening affair.
Fast-rising chefs Christian Sweeney and Ike Francis put on an impressive show with buffet spreads that ingeniously utilised CB's Copperwood pork line and its signature chicken.
Thursday Food shares snapshots from the event.
