Keeping the record straight

Ken Chaplin's column on Tuesday July 10 misquoted Mr Edward Seaga as saying that the CIA played no part in the JLP victory in the l976 and l980 general elections.

Mr Seaga was referring only to the 1980 general elections. The PNP, of course, won the 1976 general elections.
