LEIGHTON 'Livety' Coke, the brother of former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, was found not guilty in the Gun Court this morning.

Coke has been in custody since May 2010 after he was handed over to the police by controversial clergyman Al Miller. Police had previously named Coke as a person of interest.

He was subsequently charged with shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm after police accused him of shooting at them during the May 2010 offensive by the security forces into the garrison community of Tivoli Gardens.
