64-y-o farmer killed in motor vehicle crash

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica- A 64-year-old farmer died as a result of injuries he received in a motor vehicle collision on Bodles main road in Old Harbour, St Catherine yesterday.

Dead is Lebert Cross, of Knocks Road, Spaulding, Clarendon.

The Old Harbour police report that about 8:30 pm, the Isuzu motor truck that Cross was driving collided with a Toyota Hilux motor truck. 

He sustained several injuries and he was taken to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the other was not injured. He has since been warned for prosecution pending outcome of ongoing investigations.
