OVER the next three months, the Jamaica Observer will share the journey of seven of our readers who have decided to take the Jamaica Observer/Gymkhana Fitness Challenge. They each have different fitness goals and have taken a lifestyle commitment, through proper diet and exercise, to be better versions of themselves.

These participants were selected by a five-member panel after responding to a promotion which ran in this newspaper, sharing their fitness aims and reasons they should be selected to get #GYMKfit.

The participants, who will be required to workout at least three times per week, will receive personal training, with their respective trainers being selected "out of a hat". Based on a points system, at the end of the three-month period, the participant with the most points will be declared the winner and receive the inaugural "I'M GYMKFit" trophy!

Their personal trainer will also be rewarded.

Check out Your Health Your Wealth next Sunday when we reveal who the seven readers are, and watch them transform as we give you front-row seats to their fitness journey.
