"The Daily Observer, dated April 3, 2012, published a photograph of Shuana Kaye Hanson, Attorney-at-Law, inserted in its GSAT Study Guide on Language Arts and Communication Tasks, illustrating the use of prefixes. The photograph, which was inadequately blurred was inserted above a sentence which illustrated the words "dishonest", "illegal" and "uncertain" and gave the impression that the illustration was intended to refer to her.

This was not so and was not intended.

The Jamaica Observer Limited, publishers of the Daily Observer, unreservedly wishes to express its regret to Miss Shuana-Kaye Hanson and apologises to her for any embarrassment and inconvenience that has been caused by the said publication."
