Tropical Storm Isaac brought distress for some, but for this youngster, a resident of Duncan's Pen in Spanish Town, it signalled a good time. On Monday, after a weekend of rain, he and his friends frolicked in water that pooled in a grassy waterway at the side of the road leading from the Spanish Town roundabout to the nearby toll plaza.
