BRASILIA, Brazil — Military police block the passage of protestors carrying a poster displaying a caricature of Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff reading a book titled in Portuguese: How to deal with public workers, during a protest march in Brasilia yesterday. According to reports from the Central Union of Workers, more than 300,000 public employees are on strike throughout the country.
