Cops kill 'man Voice' in Mount Salem

THE Bureau of Special Investigations (BSI) is probing yesterday’s fatal shooting of a man by the Police in Mount Salem, St James about 12:53 pm.

He has been identified as 32-year-old Orlando Smart, otherwise called ‘Man Voice’, of Crawford Street also in Mount Salem.

A Smith and Wesson pistol, and six 9 mm rounds were also seized in the incident.

The matter has been reported to the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM).
