Edwin Allen High cruised to their second girls' title at the ISSA/Grace Kennedy high schools' athletics championships at the National Stadium just over a week ago.

Edwin Allen, based in Frankfield, northern Clarendon, dominated all opposition amassing 337.5 points.

Second-placed St Jago High were 74.5 points behind.

Several other schools in south central Jamaica, including Holmwood Technical High, Vere Technical High, St Elizabeth Technical High (STETHS), Manchester High, and Munro College also did exceptionally well.
