Firearm, ammo seized in St James

MONTEGO BAY, St James - Lawmen from the Montego Hills Police Station seized a firearm and several rounds of ammunition in Quarry district, Salt Spring, St. James Saturday morning.
Reports are that about 12:30am a police party was on patrol in the area when a group of people was seen leaving a premises. The location was searched and a .357 Magnum revolver along with three rounds of ammunition found.
No one was arrested in relation to the find.
Investigations continue.
