Firearm seized, man arrested

A man was taken into police custody following the seizure of an illegal gun at Sixth Street, Greenwich Town, Kingston 13 yesterday.
His name is being withheld pending further investigation.
Reports received by the CCN are that about 1:50 pm, a police patrol was on Sixth Street when a man was seen acting suspiciously. He was accosted and searched and a .38 Smith & Wesson revolver with six rounds of ammunition was found in his waistband.
