DENVER, USA (AP) — Firefighters responding to bar fire in Denver have discovered five people dead inside. Investigators are calling the blaze an arson-homicide.

Denver Police Chief Robert White says the fire at Fero's Bar & Grill in east Denver was reported at about 2:00 am Wednesday.

White says the four women and a man also appeared to have suffered other injuries.

White says he did not know if the deaths occurred before or after the bar was closed.
