ST CATHERINE, Jamaica -- Residents of Waterloo, located close to the well-known Keystone community in St Catherine, are calling on authorities to address the deplorable road conditions in their area.

The angry citizens complain that huge crater-like pot holes have made it difficult for them to move from one end of the community to the other.

"Because of road conditions we can't move around in the community we are suffering and we need help," Clive Rudd told the Observer Thursday morning.

Rudd was among a small group of men complaining bitterly about the road problem.

"To the way the road bad if someone should get sick there is no guarantee we can move them out of the area quickly because of the road problems," said a resident, who identified himself as Steve.
