KINGSTON, Jamaica — Members of the police Fraud Squad are now at Nationwide News after reports that approximately $1 million went missing at the St Andrew radio station.
According to preliminary reports, one employee has admitted to swindling $184,000 and further checks reveal that over $1 million have gone missing over a one-year period.
Funds collected from the station’s recent charity walk-a-thon have also gone missing, sources say.
Station owner Cliff Hughes Friday afternoon confirmed the incident but declined to give specifics.
