Gas price up, diesel down

KINGSTON, Jamaica — PETROJAM today announced an increase in the ex-refinery price of gasoline and a decrease in diesel fuel price.
The prices of 87 and 90-octane gasoline have increased by 50 cents; they will now be sold to marketing companies at $101.60 and $ 103.25 per litre respectively.
At the same time, the refinery dropped the price of automotive diesel fuel by 10 cents; it will now be sold for $102.67 per litre.
Kerosene oil has seen an increase of 10 cents and will now be sold for $104.50 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum price decreased by 72 cents, and will now be sold for $34.47 per litre, and Butane liquid petroleum will now be sold for $45.65 per litre after a decrease of 65 cents.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark up.
