Gas prices increase

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists will pay more for gasoline at pumps starting Thursday following Petrojam’s increase of its ex-refinery prices.
The price of both 87 and 90-octane gasoline will increase by $0.58 to sell for $106.07 and $107.73 per litre respectively.
Automotive diesel fuel will cost $0.46 more, to sell for $110.34 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene will be sold for $110.23 per litre, up $0.60.
Propane and Butane also have price increases by $0.86 and $0.27 in that order.
Propane will sell for $36.10 per litre while Butane is at $47.95.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective markup.
