Peace vigil
Wednesday, March 03, 2010
A member of the Girl Guide's Association lights a candle that was blown out during a peace vigil at Emancipation Park in Kingston last night. The vigil, which was organised by the Violence Prevention Alliance, was held in memory of the 1,680 persons who were murdered last year. A candle was lit for every 10 persons killed.
