Gov't to reform tax waivers

FINANCE minister Peter Phillips today announced that the government is committed to the re examination of the way tax waivers are granted.

He said the playing field will be leveled and revenues will be recovered to flow into the consolidated fund.

Phillips also said the Cabinet is confident that economic growth can be achieved and sustained.
