Half Moon Hotel Marketing and Communications Manager Diandra Shand accepts the Spa of the Year Award from Observer Managing Director Danville Walker at the newspaper's Under the Dryer Awards 2012 held at the Spanish Court Hotel in New Kingston last Monday.
